Food as medicine for Diabetes

In November 2017, Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhary delivered a seminar at Siri Fort auditorium, New Delhi, in which he demystified some myths about diabetes and based on his research on Indian patients, how it can be cured naturally. A video of the seminar is hosted on YouTube at
https://youtu.be/ljzybvgjd7A

To summarise it for those who might not find time to go through the 42 min video:
1) There is nothing like 'blood sugar'. It is 'blood glucose' instead. Reason:  It is only glucose that increases the blood sugar reading, fructose (found in fruits) reduces it.
2) Sweetness has no direct correlation with the blood sugar reading. Fructose is 2 times sweeter than glucose but reduces the blood sugar reading. Saccharin is 300 times sweeter than glucose but does not imapct the blood sugar reading. However, everything that does not increase blood sugar reading might not be good for health (like the saccharin and aspartame in Diet Coke)
3) Blood sugar reading is not the right indicator of diabetes, the symptoms of feeling a lack of energy, frequent need for urination etc. are. Reason: blood taken from different parts of the body at the same time might have very different readings of blood sugar even in a normal person.
4) Diabetes (and other diseases like heart diseases) can be cured through just food. There is a food index, based on a person's height and weight, that Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhary has calculated basis his research on Indian patients (To get the food index PDF one can send a request to biswaroop@biswaroop.com). One has to just ensure that his daily food intake includes his food index equivalent grams of fruits, food index equivalent grams of vegetables in raw state (tomato, cucumber, carrot, radish etc.), food index X 0.1 grams of green leaves (dhania, tulsi, pudina, mooli patta, curry patta, salad patta etc.), food index X 0.05 grams of nuts, food index X 0.05 grams of sprouts minus dairy products and packed food. By doing this, diabetes can be cured in 3 days, blood pressure in 7 days, angina pain in a month and all body tumours in 6 months. To plan it out, it is recommended that the daily quota for fruits be completed between 6 am and 12 noon and for rest of the items between 12 noon and 8 pm.
